This policy was last updated on 27 September 2026.
This policy sets out what you may and may not do with the services supplied by METABRIDGE LIMITED (trading as Weblibi). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions, and it applies to anyone who uses our hosted services, software or website.
You must not
- Use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive, or to sell goods or services whose sale is prohibited or restricted by UK law.
- Send unsolicited commercial messages, or use our email infrastructure in breach of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.
- Publish or transmit material that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or that incites hatred or violence.
- Infringe anyone's intellectual property rights, or upload material you do not have the right to use.
- Upload or distribute malware, or anything designed to damage, interfere with or gain unauthorised access to any system or data.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other customers' data, or any account that is not yours, or carry out security testing against our infrastructure without our written permission (Computer Misuse Act 1990).
- Place a disproportionate load on shared infrastructure, for example through automated scraping, mass mailing or crypto-mining, in a way that degrades the service for others.
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the software beyond the licence you hold.
- Remove, obscure or alter any notice of ownership, licence or attribution.
Your content and your customers
You are responsible for the content you publish through our services and for your relationship with your own customers — including your own privacy notice, your own terms of sale, and your obligations as a data controller for the personal data you collect. Where we process that data on your behalf, we do so as a processor on your documented instructions.
Security of your account
Keep your credentials confidential, use a strong and unique password, and tell us promptly at hello@weblibi.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Reporting a breach of this policy
If you believe someone is using our services in breach of this policy, please tell us at hello@weblibi.com with enough detail for us to investigate.
What happens if this policy is breached
Depending on how serious the breach is, we may issue a warning, remove or disable the offending material, suspend or terminate the account, or report the matter to the police or another authority. Where the breach is serious or repeated, we may act without prior notice. We will normally tell you what we have done and why.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services and the law change. The version published on this page is the one in force.
