Mail

  • Conversation view: replies on the same subject are grouped in one row. Turn it off under Settings → Mail → Conversation view.
  • Search: type in the box at the top. Shortcuts: from:name@company.com, to:, subject:offer, is:unread, is:starred, has:attachment, after:2026-01-01, before:2026-06-30. Words without a shortcut are also searched in the message text.
  • Send later: in the compose window, the arrow next to Send → Send later (up to 30 days ahead).
  • Undo send: click Undo in the notice right after sending.
  • Large files: attachments over 10 MB are not embedded; the recipient gets a download link valid for 7 days (up to 200 MB per file), so the recipient's server does not reject a large attachment. A single message can be at most 50 MB.
  • Labels and stars: group messages without moving them under Settings → Mail → Labels.

Quota

The bar at the bottom left shows how full your mailbox is. When it is full, new mail cannot reach you; delete old messages with attachments or empty the Trash. Ask your company's administrator for more space.

Staying safe

  • On a shared computer, click Log out when you are done.
  • Do not click messages that ask for your password or say "your mailbox is full, verify here". We never ask for your password by email.
