Email, calendar and contacts on Android

The easiest way on Android is to add the account as Exchange: mail, calendars and contacts in one account, with instant notifications.

With the Gmail app (all Android phones)

1. Open Gmail, tap your profile picture at the top right → Add another account → Exchange and Office 365.
2. Enter your address (e.g. ali@firmaniz.com) and tap Manual setup → Exchange.
3. Enter your password (an app password if 2-step verification is on).
4. Server settings:
   • Domain\username: your full email address (no domain prefix)
   • Server: webmail.weblibi.com
   • Port: 443 · Security type: SSL/TLS
5. Accept the "Remote security administration" prompt with OK. This is the standard Exchange permission that protects your account on the phone; it gives no access to your other data.
6. Keep the sync frequency at Push, and switch on Sync calendar and Sync contacts.

Calendars and contacts appear as an "Exchange" account in the phone's own Calendar and Contacts apps.

With the Samsung Email app

1. Email app → ☰ → ⚙ Settings → Add account → Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
2. Enter your address and password, tap Manual setup.
3. Exchange server: webmail.weblibi.com · Use secure connection (SSL): on · Domain\username: your full email address.
4. Sign in → confirm the activation prompt.

Calendars and contacts only: DAVx5

If you read mail over IMAP (e.g. Thunderbird or K-9 Mail), sync calendars and contacts with the free DAVx5 app:

1. Install DAVx5 from Google Play or F-Droid, tap + → Login with URL and user name.
2. Base URL: https://webmail.weblibi.com/dav/ · User name: your email address · Password: your email password (an app password if 2-step verification is on).
3. Login → keep your email address as the account name → Create account.
4. Tick the calendars (takvim, gorevler) and the address book (kisiler) to sync.

Manual IMAP (mail only)

Troubleshooting

• "Couldn't connect to server": check that the server is webmail.weblibi.com with SSL on, and that "Domain\username" has no domain and backslash in front.
• Contacts missing: in the Contacts app, select the Exchange account among the accounts to display.
• Old messages missing: set Period to sync email to 3 or 6 months in the account settings and search older mail in webmail. All makes the first sync of a mailbox with tens of thousands of messages very long.
